Bath & Barley - The Belgian Beer Spa is operated by Ridder bv, with its registered office at Schildknaapstraat 34, 1000 Brussel, company number BE0745.486.471.
All reservations need to be paid in full to be valid. Reservations can be cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours before the reserved time. Late cancellation will result in the loss of the entire deposit. This also applies to reservations with vouchers.
Please note that the transaction amount will be charged directly to your credit card at the time of the transaction.
Vouchers are not refundable in cash and are valid until the date mentioned on the voucher. They are not extendable. All vouchers are vouchers for multiple use and can be exchanged at face value for any goods and services offered by Ridder bv.
Clients are advised to consult their physician if they are allergic to proteins, yeast and hops or if they are pregnant before taking a beer bath. The same applies to people suffering from high blood pressure and cardiovascular diseases before entering a sauna. No medical certificates are accepted when cancelling within 48 hours of your reservation.
Acces to the spa is not allowed for people with contagious skin conditions.
By completing the reservation, the client acknowledges that he/she is above 18 years of age and all information given is accurate. The clients agrees to the privacy policy (see link below) and agrees to the processing of his/her information.
We advise clients to arrive 15 minutes before the reserved time. The end of the reserved time slot remains fixed, late arrivals will result in reduction of the time in the spa without a right to any refund.
No outside food or drinks are allowed in the spa.
We ask our clients to take a shower before using the facilities.
We advise our clients to rinse any bathing suit directly after the beer bath and machine wash it the same day. Bath and Barley denies any liability for decolouration or stains of bathing suits.
It is strictly forbidden:
- to smoke anywhere on the premises
- to open any outside doors or windows, except in case of emergency
- to tamper with any of the equipment, including, but not limited to, smoke detectors, air conditioners and valves.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to intoxicated persons. In case of doubt, an alcohol tester will be decisive. Anyone with a blood alcohol content of more than 1,0 ‰ could be refused entry. This will be regarded as a late cancellation and will result in the loss of the entire deposit.
We use your email address for communication in connection with your reservation and our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the newsletter. Your telephone number will only be used in connection with your reservation, it will never be used for promotional purposes.
Any and all potential disputes shall be handled by the Dutch speaking courts of Brussels according to Belgian law.
